Check SIM Owners Details is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), NADRA, the NCCIA, the Government of Pakistan, or any telecom operator — Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, SCO or ONIC. We explain the official methods; the official portals themselves are cnic.sims.pk, complaint.pta.gov.pk and the operators’ own channels. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

PTA short codes (668, 667, 76367), the cnic.sims.pk portal, SMS charges, operator codes, SIM limits and rules can change without notice — and operator details are actively converging after the July 2026 PTCL–Telenor merger. We verify carefully and stamp review dates, but we make no warranty of completeness or currency. Always confirm time-sensitive details on official PTA, NADRA or operator channels before acting.
4. We Do Not Store or Look Up Data
We collect no CNICs and no phone numbers, run no lookup tool, and hold no database. We only show you how to use PTA’s official self-check methods for your own identity. Looking up another person’s SIM or identity data without lawful authority is illegal in Pakistan — PECA 2016 Section 16 makes it punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment and/or a fine up to Rs 5 million — and we do not facilitate, encourage or assist any such lookup, by anyone, for any reason.

6. PECA 2016 Compliance Notice
You must not use anything on this site to attempt to identify, trace or obtain data about any person other than yourself. The self-check methods we describe are lawful precisely because they operate on your own CNIC; pointing them — or any other tool — at a stranger is an offence, and the law reaches the user of an illegal lookup, not just its operator.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We describe official processes — 668 checks, biometric verification, SIM disowning, PTA and NCCIA complaints — as accurately as we can, but the outcomes belong to the authorities and operators who run them. We cannot guarantee that a franchise will process a disowning on a given day, that a complaint will resolve in a particular way, or that a code will behave identically on every network and handset. Where processes have known limits — like the 365-day disowning lock on newly activated SIMs — we say so plainly.
10. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use this information: for typing your own CNIC (not someone else’s) into official tools, for verifying time-sensitive details before acting, and for protecting your own OTPs, PINs and CNIC copies. The safety habits we recommend — monthly 668 checks, app-based 2FA, never sharing OTPs — reduce risk substantially but cannot eliminate it.
