Ufone Check Number Code: What’s Real, What’s Retired (2026)

Most “Ufone check number code” lists online are copied, stale, or both. Here is the verified ufone check number code set: your own number lives in the UPTCL app (the famous *780*3# is on no official Ufone page, so we do not vouch for it). Ufone earns the strictest fact-checking of any operator page here, for two reasons. Its biometric code is the one PTA had to correct publicly, and its own-number code is quoted everywhere while appearing on no official Ufone page we could find. This guide prints only what survives verification.

Check your own Ufone number: app first, folklore never

The route Ufone itself operates is the UPTCL app (Ufone’s self-care app), which shows your number after login. The other maintained route is a call to 333, where the agent confirms it after identity checks. From another phone, Ufone’s line is 051-111-333-100, straight from ufone.com’s support page.

The widely-quoted *780*3# may work for some users, but Ufone’s official site nowhere documents it, and undocumented codes get retired silently. We flag it rather than teach it; when a code matters, use the channel the operator actually maintains.

Ufone biometric (BVS) status: 3361#, the corrected code

Dial *336*1# from the Ufone SIM for its biometric verification status. This is the single most miscopied code in Pakistani SIM guides. Older material says *336#, and the working version, carried on PTA’s own official Facebook, is *336*1#. Two characters decide whether you get an answer.

How many Ufone SIMs sit on your CNIC

SMS your 13-digit CNIC to 668 (about Rs 2) or check free at cnic.sims.pk; Ufone appears in the per-operator breakdown, within the national cap of eight SIMs, five voice plus three data, set by the Supreme Court on 5 November 2015.

The Ufone SIM in your hand: MNP to 667

Send MNP from the SIM to 667. Ufone’s own port-in page documents this flow, and the reply confirms the card’s registration. As everywhere, the SMS must come from the SIM itself, which is why the check cannot be turned against strangers.

Block or disown a lost Ufone SIM

Call 333 from a Ufone number or 051-111-333-100 from any phone, verify yourself, block the card, and replace it at a franchise with your original CNIC. Ufone sits inside the PTCL group, whose Telenor acquisition completed 31 December 2025, and none of that corporate motion changes the counter process.

Ufone prefixes and porting

Ufone’s traditional block is 0330–0339; its own FAQ still describes reaching Ufone numbers via the 0333/0334 style codes. Porting makes all such ranges advisory, so for a number’s real network today send N, a space and the number to 76367, per the 76367 guide.
