Check your own Jazz number: *99#
Dial *99# from the Jazz SIM and your number appears on screen. The code is listed on Jazz’s own Smart Tips support page, so it is official rather than blog folklore. It works on any handset because USSD needs no internet or app.
If you prefer menus over codes, Jazz World, the operator’s app, shows the account number after login. Either route answers only for the SIM inside the phone, which is the pattern every legal check on this page follows.
The Jazz SIM in your hand: MNP to 667
For a Jazz SIM found in a drawer, or inside a device you bought, send the word MNP from that SIM to 667 and the reply confirms its registration status. It has to be sent from the card itself, so nobody can point it at your number from afar.

How many Jazz SIMs sit on your CNIC
SMS your 13-digit CNIC, no dashes, to 668 (about Rs 2) or check free at cnic.sims.pk. The reply counts your SIMs per operator, Jazz included. The grand total must respect the national cap of eight, five voice plus three data, set by the Supreme Court on 5 November 2015.

Jazz biometric (BVS) status: CNIC to 6001
SMS your CNIC number to 6001 from the Jazz SIM and the reply states whether its registration is biometrically verified. An unverified result is fixed at any Jazz franchise with your original CNIC and a live thumb impression against NADRA.

Block or disown a lost Jazz SIM
Lost the SIM: call 111 from any Jazz number, or Jazz’s helpline from another phone, verify your identity, and have the card blocked before someone else’s hands use your identity. Then replace it at a franchise with your original CNIC.
Never owned it at all? That is a disowning case: franchise, original CNIC, the phrase “SIM disowning,” a fee capped at 200 rupees and waived in fraud. Jazz prefixes and the porting trap
Jazz numbers traditionally sit on 0300–0309, plus 0320–0329 inherited from the Warid merger, which Jazz absorbed years ago. Treat those ranges as history, not proof. Porting moves numbers between operators while the digits stay put.
So before you decide a number is “on Jazz,” ask the registry: send N, a space and the number to 76367 (about Rs 2). The 76367 guide explains why that answer beats any prefix chart.
